1 Introduction

PICKR ("the App") is a casual game for mobile devices. It is published by PICKR ("we", "us"). We respect your privacy and design the App so that it works without collecting personal data for normal gameplay.

This document explains what limited information is processed on your device, why it is needed, how premium purchase status is handled and which rights you have. It is drafted to align with key international privacy laws including the European Union and United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR and UK GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Australian Privacy Act, the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and comparable statutes in other regions.

2 Key Principles

• Data minimisation: the App is built to function without identifying you.
• On device processing: game logic runs on your device and no gameplay data is sent to external servers controlled by us.
• Platform handled purchases: premium purchases and restores are handled by the app store platform, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.
• Transparency: this policy describes all information flows as plainly as possible.
• No advertising or tracking: the App does not use advertising networks, analytics SDKs or tracking tools.

3 Information That Is Not Collected

PICKR does not collect, sell, share or transmit personal data for normal gameplay.

The App does not collect:

• Name, email address or other contact details
• Account or login credentials
• Precise or coarse location data
• Photographs, audio or video
• Camera, microphone or contact information
• Payment card numbers, bank account details or billing addresses
